Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use pluginsradar.com. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. Effective October 5, 2026.
Who we are
Plugins Radar (pluginsradar.com, “we”) runs this site. Contact us at hello@pluginsradar.com.
What Plugins Radar is
Plugins Radar watches the public ChatGPT plugin directory and shows rankings, search positions, competitors, changes and listing checks for the plugins in it. We are independent: OpenAI does not run, sponsor or endorse Plugins Radar. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. Plugin names, icons and descriptions belong to their owners, and we show them to identify the plugins we report on.
About our data
Our numbers come from regular checks of the public directory and our own methodology. OpenAI can change the directory at any time, and we can miss or misread a change. We work to keep the data accurate, but we can’t promise it is complete or error-free. Treat it as one input for your decisions.
Your account
- You sign in with a link we email you. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- One account is for one person. Don’t share it.
- You must be at least 16, and use an email address you control.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Price
Plugins Radar is free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish their prices and terms first, and we will never charge you without your agreement.
Fair use
You may not:
- scrape, crawl or download the site or its data in bulk with automated tools (search engines indexing public pages are welcome);
- copy our data to build or train a competing product, dataset or index;
- resell or republish our data. Sharing screenshots and individual figures with a link to Plugins Radar is fine;
- get around limits, locked sections or sign-in protections;
- use the site to break the law, or overload or attack it.
What belongs to whom
We own the site, its design, our scores and rankings, and the database we compile from our observations, including the database rights in it. Your account data stays yours. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
For plugin developers
Listing details come from the public ChatGPT plugin directory. If something about your plugin looks wrong, email hello@pluginsradar.com and we’ll check it. Developers listed as individuals can ask us to hide their name, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@pluginsradar.com from the address on the account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
No warranty
We provide Plugins Radar as it is and as available, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise uninterrupted access or that the data fits a particular purpose.
Liability
We are liable without limit for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law such as product liability law applies. For slight negligence we are liable only when we breach an obligation essential to the service, and only for typical damage we could foresee. In that case our total liability is limited to 100 euros or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can close your account before then; using the site after that date means you accept the new terms.
Consumers
If you use Plugins Radar as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms limits it.
